Martin Aldaba is the owner of M.K. Flooring LLC. He started working side by side with his father at a young age, learning all the tricks of the trade. When the time came, he was able to be his own Lead in Las Vegas, and started to really find his passion. After conquering carpet, he started to learn more about hard surfaces and that’s when the growth happened. Martin is a certified hard surface flooring inspector and continually pushes himself to stay up to date with the flooring industry. Getting additionally certified, going to conventions to learn more about product and tools, only to relay his knowledge to customers. His passion in the field is strong, he strives to treat every single home as his own, and walks professional installers through the process. Martin hopes to teach his three young boys, that hard work and dedication pays off.
